Vincent R. Ferrara, MD, MBA Founder & CEO
Vin Ferrara is a 1996 graduate of Harvard University, where he played quarterback on the Varsity Football Team, and he is a 2004 graduate of Columbia University’s Medical and Business Schools.
Vin founded Xenith in May 2004, developed its primary concepts, and recruited Xenith’s management team, advisors, and Board of Directors.
Chuck Huggins Chief Financial Officer
Chuck is an experienced senior finance and operations executive in consumer products and technology companies. Prior to joining Xenith, Chuck was CFO for a $100 Million group of companies in the sporting goods industry that included the Bike Athletic Company, Pony USA, a national sales agency and a sports marketing firm. Chuck was CFO of the technology firm, Gomez, Inc., during its early stages through attainment of sustained financial stability.
Chuck is a graduate of Princeton University and earned an MBA from the University of Denver.
Sander Reynolds Vice President, Product Development
Sander is an expert in product development, sourcing and execution. He has been developing sporting goods for over 15 years, tackling a wide variety of soft and hard good projects. Sander successfully led both Mission Hockey and Brine Lacrosse into the sports helmet markets where they both continue to maintain substantial market share. He lived in Asia for three years sourcing and developing products for Mission Hockey.
Sander was one of the three original founders of Mission Hockey and worked for Bauer, Brine and Artisent.
Jim Huether Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Jim brings corporate development and marketing experience from both the sports and medical industries, with a specialization in strategic planning and revenue generation. Prior to joining Xenith, Jim was Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for the Sports Concussion Institute, a medical research and treatment center focusing on sports concussions. Jim also brings marketing and finance experience from roles at Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and Smith Barney, Citigroup. Jim has owned and operated a consulting company specializing in strategic development.
Jim received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
John Seitz Vice President, Brand Development
Before joining the Xenith team, John was the Creative Services and Brand Manager for PUMA North America, Inc. Prior to PUMA, he founded and directed a small design studio focusing on brand identity design. He has over 10 years of marketing, branding and graphic design experience in a variety of industries.
John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College.
Kerry Hughes Controller & Director of Human Resources
Kerry Hughes has served as Controller and Director of Human Resources for several companies, including Gomez Inc and PC Docs.
Kerry is a graduate of Aquinas College with a degree in Business Management, holds a master’s degree in finance from Curry College, and an MBA in Finance from Bentley College.
Nicholas A. Buoniconti
Nick Buoniconti is a National Football League Hall of Fame linebacker and a two-time Super Bowl Champion with the Miami Dolphins. He was an All-American linebacker and team captain at the University of Notre Dame, and is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School.
Mr. Buoniconti has served in a variety of business leadership roles, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Miami. He helped found and serves as a national spokesman and fundraiser for The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
John H. Duerden Chairman of the Board of Directors
John Duerden has decades of successful operating experience at the highest levels, in a wide range of companies and industries on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
Mr. Duerden spent five years as President & Chief Operating Officer of Reebok (1990-1995), five years as Chairman and CEO of Dictaphone Corporation (1995-2001) and three years as Chief Operating Officer, Development Division, of Invensys (2002-2005).
Bill Emerson
Bill Emerson is the Chief Executive Officer of Quicken Loans Inc., and oversees the daily management and growth for Quicken Loans. He joined the company in 1993 and has held a number of senior management and leadership positions. He previously was vice president of mortgage operations, responsible for driving performance within all Quicken Loans businesses, including the Quicken Loans Web Center and Rock Financial, the company's southeast Michigan brand. Emerson was promoted to CEO in February 2002.
Mr. Emerson holds a bachelor's degree in business from Penn State University, where he was a member of the the 1982 National Championship football team.

Whit Gardner
Since its founding in 1990, Whit Gardner has served as Chairman and CEO of Gardner Lewis Asset Management, an equity based investor with interests in more than 100 companies. Previously, he held positions at Friess Associates, a U.S. based investment firm; Orange Nassau, a Dutch based venture capital firm; and MBank, a U.S. based merchant bank. He began his career at Lehman Brothers.
Whit is a graduate of SMU’s Cox School of Business. He currently serves as a board member or advisor to a number of entities, which include public, private and not for profit institutions.
Stephen Greenberg
Steve Greenberg is a managing director of Allen & Company LLC. Mr. Greenberg was the co-founder and Chairman of Fusient Media Ventures, a New York-based sports and media company, and was the co-founder and President of Classic Sports Network.
Previously, Mr. Greenberg served as the Deputy Commissioner and Chief Operating Officer of Major League Baseball. He earned his B.A. at Yale University and received his J.D. from UCLA Law School.
Robert Kramer
Robert Kramer is a partner of RockBridge Equity Partners, the private equity company controlled by Daniel Gilbert, principal investor in Xenith. Mr. Kramer has worked with Mr. Gilbert exclusively since 2002 after a 20 year career as an investment banker at Bear, Stearns and Company and Jefferies and Company. During his investment banking career, he focused on merger and acquisition advisory services for financial service companies.
Mr. Kramer is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned both an M.B.A and a B.S. in Economics.
