  • Do you have any other colors than what is available on your website?

    Xenith has over 200 special order helmet finishes available that are not shown on the website. If your team has a special paint color that is not listed on the website, please contact Customer Service at 866-888-2322. Customer Service can assist you with getting the proper color for your helmet.

  • How fast can you ship a helmet?

    Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to ship from our facility. Please allow for additional processing time from June through August. Please contact Customer Service at 866-888-2322 for expedited options if your order is time sensitive.

  • Where can I get my helmet painted and/or reconditioned?

    Xenith has Authorized Reconditioners throughout the country that can paint and/or recondition your Xenith helmet. Click this link to find a list of Xenith Authorized Reconditioners. (Please note that failure to use a Xenith Authorized Reconditioner to recondition or paint your helmet will void the warranty on the helmet. Click this link for full warranty information.

  • What is Xenith's return policy?

    All returns or exchanges of Xenith products must be done within 60 days from the date of purchase and cannot have been worn on the playing field. Product being returned for size exchange or warranty review will not have a restocking fee applied, while product being returned for credit will incur a 15% restocking fee. Custom painted helmets are not returnable.

    If you placed your order directly with Xenith, please contact Customer Service and a Xenith representative will respond with a Return Authorization Number and directions on how to return your order.   • How do I return my Xenith helmet?

    Please contact Customer Service at 866-888-2322 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning your unused helmet. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned helmets. Xenith does not accept used helmets for return or exchange. Please mark this RA# on the outside of the box in numerous locations so the package is easily identifiable. Returns are typically processed within 24-48 business hours of when they are received. Any helmets returned without this RA# will be delayed in processing.

  • How do I exchange my Xenith helmet for another size?

    We would be happy to exchange your unused helmet for another size. Xenith does not accept used helmets for return or exchange. Please contact Customer Service at 866-888-2322 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending your unused helmet in for exchange. Please mark this RA# on the outside of the box in numerous locations so the package is easily identifiable. Exchanges are typically processed within 24-48 business hours of when they are received.

    If your helmet is feeling too large, Xenith sells snug discs that can be purchased by contacting Customer Service.

  • How do I order a replacement Chin Cup?

    Xenith Chin Cups can be purchased by contacting Customer Service at 866-888-2322 to place your order over the phone.   • How do I order a different colored facemask?

    Xenith facemasks can be purchased by contacting Customer Service at 866-888-2322 to place your order over the phone. (Please note that use of helmet replacement parts other than Xenith approved replacement parts will void the warranty on the helmet. Click this link for full warranty information.)

  • How do I clean my helmet and interior comfort pads?

    Xenith recommends washing your helmet and comfort pads with soap and water. We recommend Sweat X Extreme Odor Eliminator Spray. Do not use bleach or ammonia based cleaners on your helmet or the comfort pads. Air dry.

  • Do your helmets work with cochlear implants?

    Xenith helmets can be worn in some instances by players who wear cochlear implants. We recommend that you be fit for one of our helmets to ensure that it can fit properly with the implant. If you have any specific questions regarding the Xenith helmet and cochlear implants, please contact Customer Service at 866-888-2322.

  • What is the difference between a youth helmet and a varsity helmet?

    The biggest difference between the youth and varsity helmets is that the shock absorbers are calibrated differently in the varsity helmet than in the youth helmet. Xenith recommends the youth helmet for players through the 8th grade and the varsity helmet for players in the 9th grade and above.   • I live outside of the US. How can I order your helmet?

    Xenith helmets may be purchased through one of our international distributors. Please contact Xenith Customer Service at 866-888-2322 or cs@xenith.com for more information on our international distributors.

  • Is the Xenith helmet approved for use in all leagues?

    Xenith’s helmets meet all NOCSAE Standards, and therefore can be worn at any level of play. Please contact Xenith Customer Service at 866-888-2322 for more information.

  • Are there any other Xenith products currently under development?

  • How do I become an Authorized Dealer of Xenith products?

    Xenith helmets are sold nationwide through our network of Xenith Authorized Dealers. If you are interested in becoming a Xenith Dealer, please contact Xenith Customer Service at 866-888-2322 for more information.

  • How do I become a Xenith Sales Representative?

    Thank you for your interest in becoming Xenith Sales Representative. Please submit cover letter and resume to HR@Xenith.com. Due to the large number of submissions, Xenith cannot respond to all submissions and will contact only those candidates that fit the needs of our organization. We will hold all submitted resumes for a period of 12 months.

  • What is the warranty on a Xenith helmet?

    Xenith warrants the helmet shell for five (5) years and the assembled shock bonnet (including the interior liner, all shock absorbers, jaw guides, cable, shell cable guides, wishbone, and hook/loop attachments) for two (2) years. Additional warranty information.
