A Step Ahead of the Competition

As the only helmet manufacturer founded in the 21st century – and with the benefit of recent advances in the study of sports-related head injuries – Xenith brings a modern perspective to improving player safety and a revolutionary approach to developing innovative products that explicitly address the issue of head injuries.

Xenith Adaptive Head Protection®

Xenith Adaptive Head Protection® is a system of integrated technologies that provides exceptional fit, comfort and protection.

Xenith football helmets don't rely on foam for impact protection. Instead, Xenith helmets have patented Aware-Flow® Shock Absorbers that release air to help minimize the sudden movement of the head during an impact.

Xenith’s Shock Bonnet® acts as a suspension system, allowing the helmet shell to move independently, which helps to deflect energy and reduce dangerous rotational forces. Xenith’s Aware-Flow® shock absorbers adapt to the hit by venting air, providing an optimal response for both high and low energy hits, and the linear forces that can cause injuries.

Proper fit is essential for protection. Xenith’s Fit Seeker® system adapts to the head, providing a custom fit with no pumps needed, and helps keep the helmet secure during an impact. As the player pulls on the chinstraps, the Shock Bonnet® snugs around the player’s head. For a helmet to protect, it needs to fit and stay on the head.

A football hit happens in a fraction of a second. That's why the three key systems inside a Xenith helmet are designed to react and adapt instantly, providing protection and keeping the helmet on the head.
