The reconditioning process
We ship you everything you need to get your helmets to Xenith, including a prepaid shipping label and packaging.
Helmets are tested according to NAERA requirements, ensuring that the helmets meet all Xenith and NOCSAE standards.
We disassemble your helmet and examine each piece, down to the screw, making sure it's in good shape—including jaw shocks, comfort pads, chin cup liners, straps, buckles, rings, fit bands, facemask clips, and front and rear bumpers. Facemasks, shells, and bonnets are not included unless covered under warranty.
Injected shells are sanded and buffed, while painted shells are re-painted for an additional fee.
We scrub your helmet, removing the sweat, germs, and bacteria so the helmet is ready to be worn again.
Finally, helmets are retested according to NAERA requirements, ensuring that the helmets meet all Xenith and NOCSAE standards.
Complete and submit the information in the form below. Once we receive your request, a representative will reach out to you within two to three (2-3) business days. At that point, we do request that you call to provide payment. Once we have received payment for your order, we will process your request for shipping materials, including your prepaid shipping label, so you can ship your helmet(s) to Xenith.
