Team Purchasing FAQ
Some frequently asked questions are answered regarding your team purchasing experience with Xenith.

What if I need to pay by purchase order (PO)?

Purchase orders are a popular way to pay for your gear. To pay by PO, you can do a couple things:

  1. You can build out your cart, as you normally would, but before checking out, click on "get in touch" underneath the check out button on the cart page. This will send the contents of your cart that you have already built out to your Xenith Team Sales Representative. Your representative will then get in touch with you within two to three (2-3) business days to follow up. You will have the option to pay by PO with your representative.
  2. Skip building your cart online and contact your Xenith Team Sales Representative directly to help you build out your gear and make the purchase with a PO.

Can I pay for my gear in installments?

Yes! Xenith has partnered with Affirm to give 0% APR financing to qualified buyers. To pay using Affirm, build out your cart as usual, and proceed to the checkout payment page where is an option to pay with Affirm.

Paying with Affirm in Xenith checkout

You will be asked to create an account, and you will be immediately approved if you qualify. You will receive your gear as you normally would and will pay Affirm in monthly installments for either 3, 6, or 12 months. To learn more about our partnership with Affirm, click here.

What if I want helmet styles that are not available on the site?

Our Xenith Technology team is hard at work to bring you a great customization experience for your whole team. In the meantime, please contact your Xenith Team Sales Representative to help you build out helmets for your entire team.
