Head Coach, IMG Academy
Bobby Acosta is a veteran coach of more than 20 years, who joined the IMG Academy Football program as Head Coach of the National Varsity team in January 2020. He came to IMG Academy from the College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) where he helped guide the Saints to a 7-3 record in 2019 as an offensive coordinator and receivers coach. Other recent coaching stops include Bucknell University (2017-18), Cornell (2016), and Syracuse University (2014-15).
O-Line Coach, IMG Academy
George Hegamin joined the IMG Academy Football staff in 2019. Prior to arriving in Bradenton, Fla., Hegamin played seven seasons as an offensive lineman in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys, ( 4 years), Philadelphia Eagles, (1) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, (2). After his career in the NFL, Hegamin worked as a National Ambassador for Under Armour Grass Roots Marketing for 10 years. During that 10 year span, Coach Hegamin also trained more than 30 offensive linemen to play in the NFL with 4 of them being named to the Pro Bowl in multiple years. In addition, he coached high school football and taught Leadership Development in the state of Texas for 5 years at Carrolton Christian Academy, (2 years), Shelton Academy, (1), Prime Prep Academy, (1) and Focus Learning Academy, (1). With professional mentors spanning the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Hegamin is an expert in teaching offensive line skills and techniques.

Ryan Sullivan has led the Xenith team as CEO since 2016. Sullivan has grown the team to twice its size since then while leading major milestones including the company’s rebrand in 2018 and its biggest selling season yet in 2019. Ryan leads his team with passion, purpose and pride and instills these qualities in his team every day. To that end, Xenith exclusively creates top-performing and 5-star rated football helmets, while prioritizing what matters most to the athlete on the field: comfort, fit, and agility.
